The programme provides a structured induction, exposure to our products and an international network, and meaningful responsibilities from day one with strong mentorship to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student; eligible to intern in June 2027 and start full-time in July 2028.
• Permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.

Responsibilities

• Work on real business challenges with real projects from day one.
• Gain exposure to products, clients and an international network.
• Learn across two areas (Sales, Trading, Structuring, Financing Risk, Research) and contribute to team initiatives.
