Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Support marketing teams with monthly reporting, analysis, and presentations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for the procurement and delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.

  • Process documents and invoices to ensure timely payments and stock availability.

  • Assist in the execution of retail activations, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives.

  • Ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials and displays.

  • Maintain accurate records for order forms, invoices, sales, and stock forecasts.

  • Support ad-hoc requests such as samples, promotional items, and stock requirements.

  • Help maintain high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills
  • Graduate with experience in marketing, retail, or coordination roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
