  • Support marketing teams with monthly reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for marketing materials.
  • Process documents and invoices to ensure timely payments and stock availability.
  • Assist in the execution of retail activations and promotions.
  • Ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records for order forms and invoices.
  • Support ad-hoc requests for samples and promotional items.
  • Help maintain high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for the procurement and delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.

  • Process documents and invoices to ensure timely payments and stock availability.

  • Assist in the execution of retail activations, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives.

  • Ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials and displays.
