Marketing & Sales Coordinator - Dubai UAE & Category Data Analysis

Using Global Data Euromonitor purchased market data and bespoke research studies to provide input and recommendations on category focus for business strategy and competitor understanding.

Consumer Insights

Using Global Data Euromonitor, Mintel, and bespoke research studies to understand consumer choices in categories and support relationships with local research agencies for relevant local market insights.

& Beverage Trends

Pro-actively researching local food and beverage trends, exploring top menus and restaurants, and identifying what is trendy.

Capabilities

Creating a McCormick capabilities deck to share with new and current customers, including a focus on the local factory.

Toolbox

Leading Food Safaris in the local market, workshops with key customers, and facilitating internal workshops.

Engagements

Supporting F2F customer engagements, providing support to R&D for innovation sessions, and interfacing with key customers like Pepsico, Yum, and McDonald's, especially with their marketing teams, to support their innovation agenda.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Market research/insights with exposure to marketing, NPD, and innovation. Strong business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills; project management ability. Effective communication in English, both verbal and written, with spoken Arabic being an added advantage. Ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels (internal and external). Proficient in PC/software tools; adaptable to complexity and changing priorities.
