Job summary

Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our luxury brand marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, and events.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage budgets, and mentor a team to deliver campaigns that elevate the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of analytics to measure impact and ROI.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with Hilton brand standards.
• Maintain consistency of brand identity, visual standards and tone of voice across all channels.
• Act as brand custodian for the resort, ensuring all communications reflect a luxury positioning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Oversee brand management, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• Develop annual and monthly direct digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
• Manage content calendars and campaign scheduling.
• Coordinate resort photography, videography and drone shoots.
• Manage media relations, including proactive outreach, press releases, and media monitoring.
• Develop internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment.
• Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Develop promotional campaigns for all restaurants, lounges and bars.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient spending for optimal ROI.
• Liaises with the regional marketing team regarding joint marketing or promotional and PR opportunities;
• Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate internally and externally.
