We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Marketing Manager to lead the brand strategy and growth for a portfolio of luxury perfume brands. Each of our brands speaks to a unique audience with its own target group, and this role is pivotal in ensuring they are positioned with precision, authenticity, and impact to maximize their individual strength in the market.
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that reflect the unique DNA of each perfume brand and resonate with its specific target group.
Drive offline brand building activities including events, activations, retail presence, and partnerships that elevate brand prestige.
Oversee digital alignment, ensuring brand storytelling is consistent across online touchpoints, even if execution is managed by specialized teams.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring high creativity and strong ROI.
Work closely with the digital, brand, sales and retail teams to ensure marketing translates into business performance.
Proven experience in overseas marketing in terms of brand positioning, market research and product launches.
Profoundly experienced in running ads, campaigns (offline & online) activations and promotions.
Must be familiar with budgeting, and P&L.
Minimum 8 years proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury, beauty, fashion, or fragrance sectors.
Strong expertise in brand positioning and strategy, ability to differentiate and strengthen multiple brands under one umbrella.
Demonstrated success in offline marketing (exhibitions, events, activations, retail, collaborations).
Understanding of digital marketing/social media principles and ability to work alongside digital specialists.
MUST be well versed in performance metrics, and analytics
Exceptional communication, leadership, and creative problem solving skills.
A strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in fast paced, dynamic environments.
