Confidential Client in the Investment Migration & Wealth Advisory sector is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing strategy and drive high-quality client acquisition across multiple international markets. The role is based in Dubai, UAE, office-based, Monday to Friday.

The package ranges from AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month total cash, with medical insurance, annual flight ticket, and visa. Applicants should already be based in Dubai to be considered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven success generating qualified leads and revenue through digital and performance marketing.
• Experience targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
• Background in investment migration, wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate, or similar high-value sectors.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Manage digital marketing, content, PR, events, partnerships, and social media.
