Daikan in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive (Content & Design) to lead visual content, graphic design, photography, videography, social media, and PR coordination for eight outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the COO, the role supports marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches while maintaining brand consistency, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring campaign performance and marketing spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in marketing, graphic design, or content creation, with PR agency coordination experience.
• Strong portfolio required, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, and video editing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and analytics tools; English excellent; Arabic or Japanese an advantage.
• Creative, organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, including weekend shoots; UAE driving license preferred.

The Marketing Executive (Content & Design) manages visual content, graphic design, photography, videography, social media, and PR agency coordination for Daikan Izakaya and Daikan Ramen across eight outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the COO, the role supports marketing campaigns, promotions, and outlet launches while maintaining brand consistency, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring campaign performance and marketing spend.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage the PR agency, coordinate media and influencer activities, and track campaign deliverables.
• 2. Create digital content, menus, promotional materials, and branding assets for Daikan Izakaya and Daikan Ramen.
• 3. Shoot and edit food, beverage, outlet, and event content for marketing campaigns and social media.
• 4. Manage content calendars, online platforms, promotions, outlet openings, and brand communications.
• 5. Monitor marketing performance, track expenses, maintain records, and identify market trends and campaign opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum 2 years in marketing, graphic design, or content creation, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands, with PR agency coordination experience.
• 3. Strong portfolio required, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
• 4. Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, social media scheduling, and analytics tools. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or Japanese is an advantage.
• 5. Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines, including evening and weekend shoots. UAE driving licence preferred for outlet visits in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
