Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and ensure the successful execution of campaigns and events. The role involves coordinating marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance and assisting in promotional strategy development.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on organization, attention to detail and cross-team collaboration to deliver integrated marketing for hotel and restaurant channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications or a related field is required.
• 13+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools is expected.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing monthly campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
• Support content creation and oversee social media calendar for hotel and restaurant channels including Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Assist in media relations and influencer outreach for restaurant content creators for hotel coverage.
• Manage relationships with media influencers and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct market and social media research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating media events and brand activations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels for hotel & restaurants.
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing projects.
