Job purpose
The Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing strategies, PR, and brand activities by coordinating with agencies, vendors, and internal teams. The role ensures smooth delivery of campaigns, events, and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and organized marketing operations to enhance overall brand visibility and engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative campaign briefs to guide agencies in delivering compelling, on-brand advertising solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate end-to-end media planning by liaising with agencies, reviewing media plans and creatives, proofreading copy, verifying contact information, and securing internal approvals to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment.
- Collaborate with department heads to conceptualize and deliver Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing materials that support departmental objectives and maintain brand consistency.
- Prepare professional PPT and compile monthly marketing performance reports, marketing and communication plans.
- Manage PR communications, including press releases and media events, in coordination with the brand principal and Marketing Manager.
- Build and maintain a robust media database comprising automotive and lifestyle journalists to support long-term PR and media relations strategies.
- Support digital activities by coordinating with the CRM Manager for updates to company websites and contributing to online marketing campaigns as needed.
- Execute and manage offline brand events by coordinating with stakeholders and vendors for key activities such as motor shows, vehicle launches, sponsorship activations, and customer drive experiences to ensure high-quality brand representation.
- Support cross-functional marketing needs by closely coordinating with business units to fulfill marketing material and campaign requirements in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and agency partners to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand assets and materials are current and organized to support consistent and efficient marketing operations.
- Oversee production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content to maintain quality, alignment with brand standards, and timely delivery.
- Create and manage marketing content across presentations, websites, and other platforms as assigned by the Marketing Manager to drive internal and external brand engagement
- Ensure high-quality promotional materials by implementing best practices in content production, proofreading, and adherence to brand and departmental guidelines before final release.
- Maintain accurate marketing documentation, including communication logs, budget records, campaign performance reports, and brand assets for accountability and strategic reference.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations including implementation and monitoring of marketing plans and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by management, contributing to the broader success of the marketing function and overall brand growth.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
- Business or Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably within automotive industry.
- Exposure to Advertisement, Event and PR management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Bilingual language proficiency (Arabic & English).
