Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day marketing administration, including budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and brand assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, venues, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Coordinate and oversee social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and campaign performance tracking.
• Track, measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners.

Qualifications
