Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support campaigns across digital, offline, and partnerships. You will coordinate with teams, agencies, and external partners, manage content, and help create marketing collateral.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business, strong organization, and English proficiency. Experience in digital marketing and Canva/Adobe tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Organization and planning.
• Self-motivated, reliable and eager to learn.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Excellent command in MS Office.
• Digital Marketing experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva / Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
• Support product launches, brand campaigns, and marketing activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Help create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Update product related collateral, websites, e-catalogues, and presentations in coordination with stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Digital marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing strategy, social media, email marketing, and website management.
• Assist with events, exhibitions, customer visits, and other marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.
