This role supports the firm’s expanding regional footprint, driven by increased lateral hiring and the recent opening of the Riyadh office. The successful candidate may be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, depending on preference. The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the Middle East Business Development (BD) function, with approximately 80% of the role focused on proposals, pitch submissions and RFP responses, alongside broader marketing support across three regional offices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare proposals, RFPs, and pitch presentations in PowerPoint and Word, working closely with lawyers and BD managers.
  2. Track pitch outcomes, wins, and losses, and maintain accurate experience lists, case studies and credentials materials.
  3. Maintain and update the firm’s client/contact database (Salesforce).
  4. Support practice, industry, and office events, sponsorships, and memberships to enhance market visibility.
  5. Support the execution of BD and marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives.
  6. Assist with drafting submissions for legal directories, including Chambers and Legal 500.
  7. Provide administrative and coordination support to the regional BD function, including research, budgets, and reporting.
  8. Facilitate communication across practices and offices.
  9. Flexibility to support occasional after-hours client events.
Skills & Competencies
  1. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  2. Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  3. High attention to detail, strong organisational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
  4. Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
  5. Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. 1–3 years of marketing or business development experience, ideally within professional services.
  3. Law firm experience is beneficial but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior BD professional - or a high-performing EA looking to transition into marketing/BD - to join a fast-paced, growing regional team.
