A leading marketing firm in Dubai is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to optimize customer lifecycle campaigns across diverse channels. The role demands expertise in marketing automation tools like WebEngage and Braze, and a strong background in analytics and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, along with 5+ years of relevant experience, and will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates through data-driven campaigns.
The Marketing Automation Specialist at ClearGrid is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels. This role combines marketing automation expertise, growth hacking strategies, and data-driven experimentation to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversion. The specialist will leverage platforms such as WebEngage or Braze alongside CRM and analytics systems to design personalized customer journeys and drive measurable growth.
Design, implement, and scale multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) using tools such as WebEngage or Braze.
Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to test and validate new campaign ideas, channels, and funnels.
Run A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creatives, customer journeys, and incentives to optimize conversion rates.
Use customer data, behavioral analytics, and segmentation models to deliver personalized experiences.
Collaborate with product growth and data teams to define KPIs, attribution models, and dashboards for campaign effectiveness.
Map out and enhance customer journeys by developing effective communication touchpoints throughout the lifecycle.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
Experience: 35 years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation, CRM or growth marketing.
Certifications (preferred):
Braze Certified Marketer or WebEngage advanced training.
Growth Hacking or Digital Experimentation certification.
Google Analytics SQL or Python for marketers.
Proven expertise with WebEngage or Braze.
Strong knowledge of growth hacking frameworks, rapid experimentation, and funnel optimization.
Advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing.
Experience working with CRM systems, CDPs and customer segmentation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design and execution.
Strong communication, cross‑functional collaboration and project management abilities.
