ScienceFair isCrimson Education’s premier science fair mentorship provider for ambitious students aiming to compete – and win – at science fairs around the world.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, promote our webinars, and elevate the ScienceFair brand globally. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented marketing team and take ownership of initiatives that directly drive business growth.

Role Breakdown :
Campaign & Webinar Management (40%)

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase sales-accepted lead volume and conversion in target markets (primarily the United States).

Plan, execute, and promote live and on-demand webinars to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness.

Monitor campaign and webinar performance, analyze lead behavior, and provide weekly / monthly progress reports.

Content & Community Management (30%)

Manage the ScienceFair Blog – source authors and experts, ensure consistent publishing of SEO-optimized content, and collaborate with the SEO specialist to enhance reach.

Create marketing assets, such as eBooks, flyers, and decks, that align with the brand's messaging and design guidelines.

Develop and maintain creative materials to support webinars, sales initiatives, and lead nurturing campaigns.

Email Marketing & CRM Automation (30%)

Develop and execute email nurturing drips to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel.

Write, build, and send emails using CRM and automation tools.

Continuously test and optimize messaging, subject lines, and workflows for improved conversion.

Required Skills :

2-4 years of marketing experience in a growth-oriented or performance-driven environment.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and initiatives.

Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual branding and design.

Ability to think strategically and act quickly in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Comfortable learning new tools, receiving feedback, and implementing improvements efficiently.

Experience with Canva, Framer, Brevo, Mailchimp, or Marketo is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO best practices, content management, and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom) is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools preferred.
