Job summary

Crypto.com in Dubai is seeking an experienced Compliance Surveillance professional to monitor market activity, identify rule violations, and support post-trade reviews across derivatives, futures, and crypto markets.

The ideal candidate has a background in economics/finance, 4+ years in financial services compliance, and hands-on experience with trade surveillance platforms; weekend and evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Compliance within financial services
• Experience in Derivatives or Prediction Markets
• Experience in Tradfi or Crypto space
• Familiarity with futures markets, commodities, and trading
• Proficiency with Trade Surveillance Platforms
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
