Job summary

Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. in the UAE is seeking a Market Access Executive to join ELPEN MEA in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on market access strategy, pricing, reimbursement, and portfolio access across the UAE, engaging with healthcare stakeholders and payers.

You will collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, drive insights from market data, and support evidence generation to enable patient access and portfolio growth within a growing pharmaceutical group.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Degree in Pharmacy
• Experience working with healthcare stakeholders and understanding access dynamics in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of market access, pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare policy principles
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project coordination skills
• Ability to interpret market data and turn insights into clear business recommendations
• Experience with Cardiology and/or Respiratory portfolios is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and support market access strategies for the ELPEN portfolio across the UAE
• Assess pricing, reimbursement, formulary, and healthcare policy requirements affecting portfolio access
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, payers, providers, and relevant authorities
• Monitor changes in the healthcare environment and translate market developments into actionable insights
• Support evidence generation, value communication, and access materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support business planning, launch readiness, and portfolio growth
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on access initiatives
