Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services in Dubai seeks a proactive marine sales professional to develop new business and generate sales for safety and related marine products. You will build and maintain relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipping companies, marine contractors, offshore clients and other maritime stakeholders, while preparing quotations and negotiating terms to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of UAE experience in marine services or shipping logistics.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate sales for marine safety, technical services, firefighting, lifesaving equipment, and related marine products/services.
• Build and maintain relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipping companies, marine contractors, offshore companies, and other maritime clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to understand client requirements, ensure timely delivery, and achieve targets.
