Qualifications

• Must be a First Class Sailor with at least 5 years of experience in maritime operations.
• Knowledge of ship maintenance, navigation systems, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective communication with international crew members.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in challenging weather conditions.
• Preference for Indian nationality or women due to company diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ships, including engines, navigation equipment, and safety systems.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust course as needed to ensure safe navigation.
• Maintain accurate records of all ship activities, including cargo loading and unloading.
• Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Train and supervise crew members on proper ship procedures and emergency protocols.
• Communicate with onshore personnel to coordinate ship operations.
