A maritime service company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Clerical Support professional to manage port entry permits, maintain records, and assist in communication with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Maritime industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for port entry permits and requirements.
• Maintain records and Tracker Report file.
• Assist the Fleet Manager and Technical Manager.
• Follow up on safety equipment servicing.
• Deal with port authorities regarding work permits.
• Manage food provision-related purchases.
