Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Operator to support safe, compliant manufacturing operations in Abu Dhabi. You will lead by example in safety, quality, and cost efficiency while promoting continuous improvement and a Zero Incident Mindset.

Responsibilities include operating packaging and filling lines, ensuring GMP adherence, maintaining records, and driving TPM/Lean initiatives. Collaboration across shifts and teams is essential to sustain production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to develop professionally.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a diverse team.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership in daily operations.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification and material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, quality, and environmental standards in production.
• Operate mixing, filling, packaging, and related equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain GMP-compliant records and documentation.
• Assist in TPM, Lean, and 5S initiatives to drive improvements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to operators across shifts.
• Escalate abnormalities and quality issues through proper channels.
