Manufacturing Engineering Specialist – Switchgear Panels

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team specializing in the manufacturing of Switchgear Panels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency in our SWGR production line. This role requires a deep understanding of SWGR manufacturing principles, advanced problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing production documentation necessary for product manufacturing (new projects, prototypes, and assembly).
  • Improving existing operations, including the introduction of new methods and procedures.
  • Identifying ways to reduce production costs and resolving technical issues in manufacturing.
  • Collaborating with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and their improvement.
  • Participating in the procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment for production.
  • Actively participating (together with the Lean Supervisor) in lean projects focused on eliminating waste.
  • Performing all other activities related to the agreed type of work as directed by the direct supervisor.
  • Following the procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system.
  • Working in accordance with the principles of lean manufacturing and 5S.
  • Working in compliance with the rules of international trade (ITC).
  • Contributing to the development and adherence to standards, focusing on key areas such as customer, company culture, and the continuous improvement system.
  • Submitting improvement proposals in line with company goals within the continuous improvement system.
  • Respecting environmental protection principles.
Qualifications
  • University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Eight years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly those related to Lean manufacturing.
