Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of financial and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal advisory teams.
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Coordinate with tax, audit, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Review client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Handle client escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Prepare periodic account reviews and client performance reports.
