Job summary

Built Recruitment represents a leading UAE-based contractor seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor in Dubai. The candidate should have tertiary education in civil engineering or quantity surveying, and at least 12 years of commercial experience with a minimum of 2 years leading a commercial team on large projects.

You will join a team working on world-class, multi-billion dirham infrastructure projects. The remuneration is tax-free and highly competitive, commensurate with experience.

As a consequence of recent project awards they have an immediate need to permanently appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor in Dubai.

The minimum requirements are:

• Tertiary education in civil engineering or quantity surveying
• Minimum 12 years commercial experience in the construction industry
• At least 2 years managing a commercial team on construction projects
• Large project experience
