We need few Technical Product / Business Relations Managers (BRM).

Experience mainly on Salesforce and business process excellence on SF along with stakeholder management.

Client : ALDAR.

Location : Onsite (Abu Dhabi).

Experience : 8 To 12 Years.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Technical Product / Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with strong expertise in Salesforce and Business Process Excellence.
  • The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are understood, documented, and translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in Business Relationship Management / Product Management / Business Analyst roles.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related modules.
  • Proven experience in Business Process Excellence, Lean or Six Sigma (preferred).
  • Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing backlog.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum certification is a plus).
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand solution architecture.
  • Experience with integrations, data flows, and Salesforce automation tools is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt (optional).
