A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Manager for Talent Development & Employee Engagement. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive programs to foster employee growth and a positive work culture. Candidates should have a minimum of 8-15 years of HR experience with a focus on learning and development, along with strong project management and communication skills. The position aims to cultivate a high-performing workforce and ensure alignment between talent strategies and business goals.
The Manager of Talent Development & Employee Engagement is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive programs that drive employee growth, foster a positive work culture, and ensure a robust talent pipeline. This role is a strategic partner to the business, focused on cultivating a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Design and manage the end-to-end employee learning journey, from needs analysis (TNI/TNA) to program evaluation and impact assessment.
Oversee the implementation of all L&D initiatives, including workshops, e-learning platforms, and on-the-job training programs.
Lead the coordination and logistics for all training activities, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Develop and implement leadership development programs aimed at cultivating current and future leaders.
Manage the succession planning framework for critical roles, including identifying high-potential employees and overseeing their development plans.
Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with long-term business goals.
Lead the planning and execution of all employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and healthy work environment.
Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results, translating data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
Serve as a champion for the company culture, ensuring programs resonate with employee needs and expectations.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent and high-quality recruitment process.
Provide direct leadership and support to the Talent Acquisition function, as needed, ensuring continuity during key periods.
A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on L&D, talent management, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and leading employee engagement initiatives.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data from training and engagement surveys.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
