Job summary

Emarat is seeking an experienced Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Manager to establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice. You will develop EA frameworks, standards, and tools and align business applications, digital technologies, and IT infrastructure with strategic objectives to support growth and operational excellence.

The role requires driving innovation, guiding IT investments, and ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with regulatory requirements across Dubai

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is a plus while relevant domain certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture across business, data, applications and technology layers.
• Map system interdependencies and data flows; oversee IT system integration.
• Develop and maintain EA frameworks, standards and tools aligned with strategy.

• ExtensiveexperiencewithITinfrastructure,systemsintegration,andbusinessprocessoptimization.
