We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Sales Development, specifically with a strong broker and agent network, to join our team in Sharjah.

Job Purpose:

The Manager – Sales Development is responsible for driving the growth and productivity of the broker and agent network to maximize sales across Alef’s real estate projects. This role is responsible for building strong broker relationships, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and streamlining commission processes to achieve higher conversion rates, increased market share, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities:
Broker and Agent Relationship Management
  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with a diverse network of brokers and agents across the UAE to strengthen the brand visibility, loyalty, and sales reach.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all broker-related inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Organize and lead broker engagement initiatives, including meetings, events, and recognition programs, to maintain motivation and drive consistent sales growth.
Sales Performance Monitoring
  • Track and evaluate broker and agent sales performance against project-specific targets to identify opportunities for improvement and reward high performers.
  • Provide and communicate timely updates on project launches, pricing structures, inventory availability, and promotional offers to support deal closures.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance dashboards and analytical reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and broker contributions.
Commission Management
  • Oversee and validate the end-to-end commission process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policy, and timely disbursement.
  • Review and verify all commission claims and supporting documentation to maintain process integrity and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to resolve discrepancies and maintain transparent broker payment records.
Sales Strategy and Support
  • Design and implement incentive programs, promotions, and recognition schemes to boost broker engagement and enhance sales output.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to equip brokers with up-to-date sales materials, digital assets, and campaign support that facilitate property promotion.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of launches, exhibitions, and roadshows to ensure maximum broker participation and lead generation.
Compliance and Process Management
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, RERA/DLD regulations, and contractual terms in all broker-related transactions and communications.
  • Maintain and update broker registration databases, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with audit standards.
  • Streamline and improve internal workflows to achieve efficient document handling, approval cycles, and commission processing.
Market Insights and Reporting
  • Conduct and analyze competitor benchmarking and market trends to identify opportunities for improving broker engagement strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management for optimizing broker network performance and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.

Prepare periodic reports summarizing key insights, risks, and opportunities to inform management decisions.

Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, and Skills Required:
Educational Qualifications:
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Work Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales experience within the real estate industry, with significant exposure to broker/agent management and channel sales development.
Skills required:
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing broker networks and achieving measurable sales growth through third‑party channels.
  • Strong knowledge of commission structures, sales operations, and UAE real estate regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Excel, and analytical reporting tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, performance‑driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and competitive environment.
