Job summary

EDGE Group seeks a senior compensation and benefits leader to shape a data-driven rewards strategy across local and international markets. You will align compensation and benefits with business goals, drive performance, and support organizational growth.

Lead benchmarking, design salary structures and incentives, and oversee merit cycles while ensuring compliance with UAE and global labor laws. You will harmonize compensation during organizational change and collaborate with HR and leadership

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of Compensation & Benefits experience (Europe/markets).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• CCP or GRP certification is a plus.
• Experience with benchmarking and job evaluation (Korn Ferry, Mercer, etc.).
• Background in defense, technology, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred.
• Advanced Excel and HR systems experience (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international labor laws.
