Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, petroleum or petrochemical engineering.
• 14+ years of refinery/petrochemical operations experience.
• Strong background in refinery operations, production monitoring, distillation processes, and HSE management.
• Proven experience supervising production teams and achieving targets.
• Good knowledge of safety standards, process optimization, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee refinery operations for safe, reliable production performance.
