Job summary

Department of Finance Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery across the assigned project portfolio and manage the full life cycle of Information Corporate Technology projects.

You will monitor and control the project, manage dependencies, and provide direction to the team, while handling costs, governance, scope changes and quality within time and cost constraints.

Qualifications

• PMO-focused project management expertise.
• Experience with Agile practices and project governance.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the project and manage dependencies across streams.
• Provide guidance, direction, motivation and focus to the project team.
• Manage project costs, governance, changes to scope and quality.
• Prepare project charter, plan and documentation (project documentation matrix).
• Report progress to stakeholders and organise monthly steering committee meetings.
• Ensure quality and adherence to time and budget constraints.
• Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify project risks/issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Validate the overall test plan, including integration and performance testing.

Job Objectives

Create delivery excellence across assignedproject/portfolio, provide certainty and confidence to the stakeholder/projectsponsor, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost and risk. As aproject manager, manage the life cycle(proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of Information CorporateTechnology projects.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

• Certified PMP from PMIor IPMA-C

• UAE National: 3 yearsin a role with PMO or project management responsibilities.
• knowledge of projectmanagement methodologies, Agile practices, and technical frameworks.
• Excellent planning,scheduling, and resource management skills.
