A leading airline in the UAE is seeking a Leisure Programs Manager to support the development and execution of B2B leisure products, focusing on cruise and tours. The Leisure Programs Manager is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of Etihad’s B2B leisure products and programs, with a specific focus on the cruise and tours segments. This role will contribute to building compelling, revenue‑driving leisure offers that serve as differentiated value propositions for travel trade partners, consolidators, and cruise operators.
Working closely with the Manager of Leisure & Specialty Products, this position will help translate market insights, sales feedback, and partner needs into scalable commercial products. The role will also support the delivery of seasonal and tactical leisure offers in coordination with Pricing, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Sales Enablement.
