About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aManager - Learning and Developmentto joinJumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Rout Jumeirah’s Vocational Learning Pathways across F&B, Culinary, Rooms, and Spa divisions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and relevance.
  • Develop global dashboards and insights that measure learning engagement performance, and ROI—driving continuous improvement across all properties.
  • Be the central link between corporate and property-based L&D teams, ensuring seamless execution and governance of global learning initiatives.
  • Guide properties in executing learning projects, managing vendors, and maintaining quality standards across all training programs.
  • Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure every learning experience contributes to Jumeirah’s legacy of excellence

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of Learning & Development experience, ideally within international luxury hospitality or a leading blue-chip organization.
  • Experience working across diverse regions, with a strong understanding of cultural and market nuances.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Axonify, Adobe, Survey Monkey, and QR Code Generator.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint and MS Visio, to create impactful learning content.
  • Skilled in data analysis and action planning to translate learning metrics into meaningful improvements.
