Job summary

PureCS, the digital and technology arm of PureHealth, Dubai-based, seeks a Manager to operationalize Lean Portfolio Management across its delivery estate. The role drives cadence, governance, and data quality with delivery teams and program managers in a fast-moving healthcare ICT environment.

You will partner with vertical heads, delivery leads, and project managers to embed the framework, optimize value delivery, and ensure initiatives are properly structured and tracked across national-scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years across project delivery, program management, and portfolio work.
• Strong capability in plans, financials, dependencies, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to influence delivery teams.
• Healthcare or large enterprise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Roll out and embed the Lean Portfolio Management framework across programs and projects.
• Act as the link between portfolio leadership and the wider delivery community.
• Run portfolio operations including intake, stage reviews, governance calendar, and portfolio meetings.
• Ensure initiatives are structured correctly in the platform with clear value drivers.
• Prepare governance packs and represent the portfolio when required.
• Support program resets by reviewing scope, funding, and delivery issues.

PureCS is the digital and technology arm of PureHealth, responsible for driving enterprise-wide delivery excellence, portfolio governance, and strategic alignment across major programs and projects. We are looking for a Manager, Lean Portfolio Management to help operationalize our Lean Portfolio framework across the PureCS delivery estate.

Role Overview

This role brings the Lean Portfolio Management framework to life, ensuring it is applied consistently, understood by delivery teams, and continuously improved. You will work closely with vertical heads, delivery leads, and program/project managers to run portfolio cadence, support governance, and maintain high-quality portfolio data.

Key Responsibilities

• Roll out and embed the Lean Portfolio Management framework across programs and projects.
