Position Statement

The position is responsible for supporting the MEA finance team to drive Operational Excellence and Performance Maximization across all hotels. This involves providing day‑to‑day support on compliance, people & culture initiatives and managing & implementing all finance related projects across Middle East & Africa finance.

Position Summary
  • Supporting as a key partner to the Regional Finance Leadership team
  • Working with the MEA Centre of Excellence team to support the optimisation of finance processes between hotels and the COE
  • Working with the Compliance team to follow up on compliance issues in hotels and SPACE reviews
  • Supporting with people and culture initiatives for finance teams in MEA hotels including succession planning and learning & development activities
  • Collaboration with the MEA, EMEA and Global finance teams to continuously evolve the finance function in the region and support optimisation and efficiency for the organization
  • Day‑to‑day management and execution of key finance projects for the MEA region
  • Ad hoc duties as required to support the delivery of business objectives

Required Qualifications
  • Education: BSc / BA / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven, progressive overall experience, including one or more of the following:
    • Hotel finance leadership
    • Corporate finance leadership
    • Project management
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of the Hilton Finance systems in MEA (Navision, SUN, Oasys, OnQ, MICROS, BirchStreet, Docuware)
  • Experience of working within a Finance Shared Services environment
