Job Description: Director, Commercial Finance Position Overview Aikho is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a leading telecommunications company based in Dubai, for a Senior Manager / Director, Commercial & Finance. The Director, Commercial Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving financial performance across commercial operations. This role is responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and decision support for revenue-generating activities, ensuring profitability, sustainable growth, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership ◦Partner with senior executives to shape commercial strategy and pricing models.◦Provide financial insights to support market expansion, product launches, and customer negotiations.◦Lead scenario planning and business case development for new opportunities.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) ◦Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for commercial divisions.◦Monitor revenue streams, margins, and cost structures to optimize profitability.◦Develop KPIs and dashboards to track commercial performance.
  • Commercial Decision Support ◦Guide contract structuring, deal economics, and risk assessment.◦Support sales and business development teams with financial modeling and pricing strategies.◦Evaluate ROI of marketing, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.◦Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends.
  • Governance & Compliance ◦Ensure adherence to financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.◦Strengthen internal controls across commercial transactions.◦Collaborate with audit and legal teams to mitigate risks.

Qualifications
