Job summary

Rebel Recruiters seeks an capable leader to own the enterprise data platform and the executive analytics fabric, delivering trusted dashboards for the CEO and ongoing KPI packs.

You will drive AI governance across non‑engineering functions and manage enterprise‑scale vendor relationships while ensuring sovereign data residency compliance in a Dubai‑based setting.

Job description

You've built and operated the executive analytics fabric CEOs actually read. 12+ years in enterprise data, analytics or AI leadership with 4+ years owning an end-to-end data platform. You've deployed enterprise AI at scale with documented governance that sticks. You've run sovereign data residency regimes in defence, aerospace, government or finance. You know the difference between aspirational data governance and governance that's enforced technically. You hold boundaries between enterprise AI and engineering AI without things falling in the gap.

We're building a certification-grade aerospace programme. Greenfield. The Operations Centre is maturing. The Board is waiting for their pack. The CEO needs dashboards they can trust at 7am.

Your role: own the enterprise data platform, the executive analytics fabric, operational dashboards for the Operations Centre, and enterprise AI governance across non-engineering functions. CEO daily dashboard. Weekly KPI pack. Quarterly Board pack. Real-time OCC, SOC and Dispatch dashboards. Microsoft 365 Copilot and corporate RAG under documented controls. Data governance through classification, residency and retention.

First 90 days: Data platform architecture approved and hosted on sovereign cloud. CEO dashboard v0.1 live with three to five core KPIs. AI Governance Forum chartered and meeting. M365 Copilot Phase 1 live. AI registers populated. Data classification on three primary sources.

By month 12: CEO dashboard at high availability, zero stale days. KPI pack on time 50/52 weeks. Board pack all four quarters. Zero data residency violations. 100% of enterprise data classified. AI Governance Forum sustained. M365 Copilot rolled out with measured productivity gain.

Must have: 12+ years enterprise data/analytics/AI leadership. 4+ years owning end-to-end platform. Built executive analytics serving a CEO on live data. Deployed enterprise AI at scale with governance. Sovereign data residency experience. Vendor management at enterprise scale.

Preferred: Aerospace or defence awareness. Microsoft data and AI stack. UAE PDPL or Dubai Data Law experience.

Reports to HIT. One direct report. Dubai-based. Greenfield aerospace.
