Job summary

UCS UNIVERSAL CLEANING SERVICES in Dubai seeks a vigilant Male Security Guard with SIRA certification to join our on-site security team. You will monitor access, perform patrols, and ensure a secure environment while reporting incidents promptly.

Basic English skills are required, and the role includes night and weekend shifts. The candidate should have at least 1 year of security experience, be physically fit, and possess strong communication and observation abilities.

Qualifications

• Male candidate aged 21–45, UAE resident.
• Minimum 1 year security experience, UAE preferred.
• Basic English spoken and written.
• SIRA certification mandatory or willing to obtain.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Patrol assigned areas regularly to maintain order and establish a secure environment.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically and respond to suspicious activities.
• Report any unusual or suspicious activity to the management immediately.
• Prevent unauthorized access and maintain proper documentation of visitors.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist during emergencies, evacuations, or drills.
• Submit daily reports and incident reports to supervisors.

Requirements

• Gender: Male
• Age: 21–45 years
• Height: Minimum 5'6" preferred
• Nationality: Any (preference based on company policy or visa availability)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role; experience in UAE is an advantage

• License: SIRA certification is mandatory (or willingness to obtain)
