Job summary

Jing Hau is seeking a dedicated Malayalee Tutor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves delivering personalised tutoring to students of all ages, with options for in-person or online sessions.

We welcome candidates fluent in Malayalam; English proficiency is preferred but not required. This full-time position does not include accommodation, and compensation is competitive based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in Malayalam with strong English (preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience as a tutor or teacher in any subject area
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, empathetic, and passionate about teaching
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of individual students

Responsibilities

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum and student's individual needs
Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in person or online
Provide academic support in various subjects, including but not limited to English, Math, Science, and Social Studies
Assess students' learning styles and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
Prepare students for exams and help them improve their study skills
Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop effective learning strategies for students
