Qualifications

• Must be a native or fluent speaker of Malayalam.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying in UAE.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using GPS, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring devices.
• Research property records and maps to determine property boundaries.
• Prepare sketches and maps of survey findings.
• Collect data on land features, topography, and other environmental factors.
• Analyze survey data to produce reports and recommendations for construction or development projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on survey progress.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of all survey data collected.
