This position requires frequent travel within the region and availability for on‑call support to address urgent technical issues.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance of equipment at client facilities (clinics, med‑spas, wellness centers).
• Deliver professional, solution‑oriented technical support to clients both on‑site and remotely.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records, proactively identifying potential issues.
• Provide on‑call support as required, ensuring timely assistance for urgent service needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical laser devices.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and technical diagnostics.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Dubai; a valid driver’s licence is required.
