Job summary

GMG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Foods processing operations in the UAE. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, conducting regular maintenance checks, and coordinating with the Maintenance Assistant Manager to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections on machinery to identify wear and schedule repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and track equipment performance.
• Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot, and coordinate major repairs with the Assistant Manager.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and order spare parts as needed.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality Control to address equipment concerns.
