Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager to supervise day-to-day maintenance activities on critical refinery equipment. You will lead a full team, coordinate planning, and ensure safe, cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma, fluent English and Arabic, and at least 10 years in oil & gas with strong HSE compliance. You will liaise with site supervisors and manage attendance and transport logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a reputed university/institution.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance resources to ensure productive, efficient, and cost-effective schedules.
• Support deployment of services across areas per workload and coordinate planning of services.
• Ensure services are performed safely and in compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, monitor daily attendance, and report absenteeism; arrange extended shifts as needed.
• Ensure adequate PPE at site and proper safety measures for all personnel.
• Arrange transportation for employees to refinery sites and manage emergency transport when required.
• Address and settle employee grievances in coordination with management.

KBR is looking for a Site Manager to support the maintenance of crude flexibility project critical equipment at Adnoc Refining Ruwais Abu Dhabi

Summary

Provide day-to-day management monitoring and oversight of activities for the maintenance and lead the complete team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring maintenance resources provide a productive efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across work area
• Support deployment of services in various areas as per workload
• Will coordinate & support in planning of services
• Ensure that the services are performed safely and as per requirements
• Coordinate with Site supervisors and keep daily attendance and report absenteeism. Coordinate with Supervisors for any requirement of any extended time work for any craft and arrange accordingly.
• Ensure the safety of all employees mobilized; ensure adequate PPEs as per the contractual requirement are availed at site.
• Ensure transportation arrangement for employees are well coordinated and they enter Refinery well ahead of time.
• Coordinate for any emergency transportation during duty hours and off-duty hours to bring people for site to Refinery and vice versa for emergency works.
• Settle grievances etc. of employees with management.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor Degree OR Diploma from a reputed university/ Institution.
• Able to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
• Maximum 35- 45 years of age.
• Has min 10 years experience in working at Oil & gas industry
• Has a strong Understanding on HSE Procedures and compliance to Requirements
• Must be able to lead and communicate well at all levels.
