Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets for offshore facilities, analyzing historical data, current asset conditions, and forecasting future maintenance needs

  • Collaborate with respective sections to prioritize expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective planning

  • Identify training needs for Civil section staff and implement approved on-the-job training programs

  • Support Planning Engineer in maintaining training records and timely delivery of training plans

  • Establish competency measurement methods (e.g., Round Robin) to evaluate team skills, knowledge, and abilities

  • Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables, and materials, ensuring timely replenishment

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to optimizing asset performance and operational reliability
