Job summary

Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, part of Marriott International, seeks a skilled Maintenance/Driver to support hotel operations. You will drive, operate bulldozers and tractors, perform basic masonry and painting, and assist with general maintenance tasks to keep the resort running smoothly.

The role requires a UAE driving license, safety awareness, and ability to work outdoors. On-site accommodation, full-board meals, and comprehensive insurance are provided along with Marriott

Qualifications

Minimum Technical, Trade or Vocational Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
Valid UAE driving license for the assigned vehicle.
Certification for operating heavy equipment where required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles for hotel operations.
Perform bulldozer and tractor operations for site and garden work.
Assist maintenance tasks including masonry, painting and basic repairs.
Maintain and inspect equipment; report defects and safety issues.
Support Garden and Engineering teams with transportation and material handling.
