Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of buildings equipment and machinery.
• Perform minor plumbing electrical painting and carpentry tasks.
• Support preventive maintenance activities under the supervision of the Maintenance Technician or Supervisor.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Help maintain inventory of tools equipment and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in all maintenance work areas.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of furniture equipment and fixtures for events or facility changes.
• Comply with company safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role preferred.
