Job summary

India Abroad in Abu-Dhabi UAE is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up production machinery, monitor performance, and adjust settings to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical training a plus) and prior machine operation experience. Candidates should be reliable, with strong problem solving, safety awareness, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate is a plus.
Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and principles.
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Set up machines for production according to the instructions provided.
Monitor the machines during run time and adjust settings as necessary.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and take corrective measures.
Follow safety protocols when operating the machines.
Keep records of production output and maintain accurate documentation.
Perform regular maintenance on the machines and identify parts that need to be replaced or repaired.
Assist with the development of new production processes as needed.
