Job summary

ConFlip in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our manufacturing facility. You will operate, monitor and adjust complex machinery to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up machines at shift start, perform maintenance, read technical manuals and adhere to safety regulations to ensure output meets quality standards. This full-time role offers a salary of 1,200 AED per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (instructions & manuals).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines at the start of each shift.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep production running.
