Job summary

Genxhire Services is seeking a fresher Machine Operator to join our Sharjah/Dubai production team. Freshers with 10th/12th/ITI qualifications and a willingness to work shifts are encouraged to apply.

The role involves operating and monitoring machines, loading materials, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting. A 2-year contract, company accommodation in SAIF Zone, medical facility, and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• 10th/12th or ITI qualification is required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in shifts and extended hours.
• Physically fit for a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines as per company safety and operating procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, inspection, and routine maintenance.
• Follow production schedules and maintain required production targets.
• Ensure product quality as per defined standards.
• Follow all workplace safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
• Maintain basic production and machine-related records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth production operations.
