Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC is seeking a production operator to run thermoforming-related machinery, ensure daily maintenance, and update production reports in a busy Dubai factory.

The role requires English literacy, ability to work shifts, and physical stamina; prior paper lid/thermoforming experience is preferred. This is a full-time position based in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paper Lid / Thermoforming machine operations.
• Prior experience in a factory or production setting is an advance (Optional).

Responsibilities

• Ensure to run the machine at a designed speed and achieve production targets
• Ensure machines are maintained on daily basis cleaning lubrication
• Update manual and digital daily production and maintenance reports
• Lead execute tooling size change mould change operations and ensure safety while doing so
• Follow orders from Production Supervisor
• Maintain hygiene and cleaning for machines surrounding areas and tools
